About

While attending a MassArt course called Form in Space (advertised as focusing on “… issues central to thought and practice in three-dimensional art and design” and taught by Greg Mencoff), we tried an interesting ideation exercise which explored denying the functions of objects. In this resulting example, I replaced the bristles of a brush with something to be combed. I really like the way the result looks. It lives in our bathroom and frequently makes me chuckle.
