While attending a MassArt course called Form in Space (advertised as focusing on “… issues central to thought and practice in three-dimensional art and design” and taught by Greg Mencoff), we tried an interesting exercise exploring denying the functions of objects. In this example result, the bristles of a brush are replaced with something to be combed.
